The insulation layer of large rolls of galvanized wire and rigid thermal insulation products can be bound with double strands of galvanized iron wire, and the binding interval shall not exceed 400mm. The pipe or corresponding equipment with nominal diameter equal to or greater than 600mm shall stop reinforcement after binding, and the enclosed galvanized steel wire must be winched. The iron or wood rod should be tightened, but the tightening level should be moderate, not too tight or too loose, and not damage the wire. The consumption of wire and steel wire is generally used in drawing process and galvanized disposal.

Paint on the galvanized layer, the bonding force between each other has a great relationship with the baking temperature of the paint, and alkyd paint is coated after galvanized, and the adhesion is not a problem. After galvanized to do amino paint, paint adhesion is not very good. Do two bottom two surface, adhesion is good, if the two bottom two surface changed to two bottom three surface, that is, more paint, more baked once, again test adhesion is very bad, bad enough to tear the paint from the galvanized layer.

Defects such as surface film and surface inclusions can be found and treated by conventional techniques in order to remove them locally from the surface of the deposition layer. Excess foam is formed when soap and surfactants such as saponified fats are brought into the tank.

In order to make the zinc content of steel wire stable in the future, and maintain its uniformity, as far as possible to reduce the zinc content, and effectively reduce zinc consumption to the actual work, the following measures are proposed by the wire factory:

A. When the thickness of the plating is 3-4 mm, the zinc adhesion should be less than 460g/m, that is, the average thickness of the zinc layer is not less than 65 microns.
