Among the four components of paint products, namely resin, pigments and fillers, solvents and additives, titanium dioxide accounts for 10% to 25% of the total cost, accounting for more than 90% of the total amount of pigments and fillers, and more than 95% of the total amount of white pigments.

1. Enhanced Durability and Performance One of the critical benefits of incorporating titanium dioxide into tire formulations is its ability to improve overall durability. Tires containing TiO2 exhibit increased resistance to wear and tear, which is essential for vehicle performance and safety. Additionally, TiO2 contributes to reduced rolling resistance, which can enhance fuel efficiency in vehicles.
Research supports that applying titanium dioxide to the skin in the form of sunscreens, makeup, and other topical products does not pose any health risks.
