Fiberglass rectangular tanks can be designed and manufactured on different shapes, sizes, colors, thicknesses, intended service conditions, insulations, conductivities, etc.

Many different industries use fiberglass rectangular tanks for their systems:

1. Mixing tank, settler, launder and so on for nuclear energy and smelt and mining industry.

Jrain makede the rectangular settlers for many projects. For different projects, different resins are selected to meet different service conditions. Different fillers such as carbon powder are added also to meet specific different requirements.

2. The multi-stage rectangular tank for biogas solutions.

Jrain made and is still making some multi-stage rectangular tanks for complex odors associated with various municipal wastewater treatment processes. The engineering was done by our cooperator engineer who is a certificated Canada Engineer.

Such rectangular tank always consists of customizable internals such as baffles, couplings, sight glass hatches, etc.

3. Common rectangular tanks for water storage and treatment.

In comparison to metal or steel products, fiberglass reinforced plastic products (FRP) have many advantages.

It is very light-weight, very strong and can be produced in a wide range of sizes, which has a direct impact in terms of extending the installation’s lifespan and cost savings.

In addition, FRP is a durable choice of materials compared to traditional materials, which means that FRP delivers significant benefits in terms of resistance to abrasion, chemical corrosion, rust, as well as to extremely low and extremely high temperatures. This makes it a long-lasting solution with low maintenance costs for clients.

If you need a fiberglass tank with diameter/height configuration specially, please discuss it with us, and we can make practically anything.

Jrain Team strives to provide our customers with a quality product and a first class service linking project management to a stable-of-the-art engineering and production. Jrain provides service within the agreed delivery terms and lead times.

      Insulation Tanks

Should insulation be required, it is a simple task to equip the tanks with a 50mm PU foam layer covered by a 5mm FRP layer. This method of insulation produces a K value of 0.5W/m2K. If needed the thickness can be adjusted, for example to 100mm PU foam (0.3W/m2K). But the thickness of insulation is generally to be 30-50mm, while the thickness of outer protection cover can be 3-5mm. FRP tank is strength higher than that of steel, casting iron, plastic and so on. Theref...
